    Pacifica Pizza is a great option when you want a step above the other Madera offerings such as Pizza Hut or Dominos. Their breadsticks and ranch are among the best I've had. Their gourmet veggie pizza is superb! However some of their other pizzas are average. Fast service but not that big on customer service which is okay.

    Last time I reviewed this place the customer service was really really bad but the owner has changed staff and has improved ordering pizza from here. The only change I've notice is the wing are spicier now but the pizza is good and the customer service has gotten way better

    Pacifica Pizza has really good pizza, that is why they get 3 stars. However, the young ladies that answer the phone are rude to say the least. Bad attitudes when speaking to customers. I order from here often and you ladies are angry birds . Seriously what's with the bad attitude!!!
    I know you are bombarded with calls and tons of rude customers but when you have a good customer on other line would it kill you to be decent. Management and or owner need to speak to these ladies so they are not so jaded. If you hate your job do yourselves a favor and get a job you actually like.

    Great pizza lots of toppings! Wonderful crust!!!! Good customer service
    Good prices.  Did not have chicken wings.  Was a bit slow on delivery almost a hour.
    However worth the wait.  My sister always orders from them so was very excited to see as we r from Reno. Will definitely eat here again.  Would like boneless wings

    -small spot but delicious pizza

    - $11 ultimate special unlimited toppings

    - ranch is amazing

    - small menu

    I ordered a the ultimate special $10.81 with almost all the toppings. Pizza was good, dough was good everything was good about this place would go again and try their cheesy bread.
